These stainless steel runners are an optional accessory for the Trace Big Game Sled, designed to protect the base of the sled and help it glide more easily over rough, rocky or abrasive ground. Fitted along the underside of the sled with nut and bolt fixings, the runners take the wear that would otherwise fall on the HDPE hull, extending the working life of the sled when it's used regularly for dragging deer or other game off the hill. They're a sensible addition for stalkers working stony tracks, forest rides or mixed terrain where a bare plastic base would wear quickly. Please note the runners are sold separately and do not include the sled itself — they are intended to be fitted to a Trace Big Game Sled you already own.
