The Vortex Bantam HD 6.5x32 is a compact roof-prism binocular built for younger and smaller-handed users, giving them the same clarity and durability found across the Vortex range in a genuinely pocketable package. The HD optical system and fully multi-coated XR lenses deliver a bright, colour-true image at 6.5x magnification through a 32mm objective, with a wide 7.6° field of view that makes it easy to find and track fast-moving wildlife or game. Generous 18.7mm eye relief suits glasses wearers, while the eyecups, centre focus wheel and diopter adjust for a proper fit, and the interpupillary distance ranges from 51mm to 69mm to accommodate a growing child. Weighing just 14.4oz (0.41kg) and measuring 124.5mm tall, it's light enough for young hands to hold steady for a full day out. Nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed, it's fully waterproof and fogproof, with rubber armour for a secure grip and knock resistance, and it's tripod-adaptable for steadier long-range glassing. Backed by Vortex's unconditional lifetime warranty and supplied complete with a soft case, neck strap, lens covers and cleaning cloth, it's an ideal first serious binocular for a young stalker or birdwatcher.
