Wheeler's 1-piece bolt-action scope mount secures a 34mm scope tube at extra-high height on the Remington 700 long-action receiver. Extra-high rings create the clearance needed for scopes with large objective lenses — typically 50mm and above — where a standard or high ring would bring the bell too close to the barrel or front action screw. The mount is machined from 6061 aluminium and finished in matte black; its solid one-piece construction means the base and rings are a single rigid unit with no potential for movement at the base-to-ring joint. Six screws per ring clamp the tube uniformly to guard against scope shift, and a swing-out anti-cant level is integrated into the ring body for quick, reliable levelling during setup. Twenty MOA of elevation is machined into the base, useful for long-range work on the larger calibres that the Remington 700 long action typically chambers.
