Nosler AccuBond Long Range (ABLR) bullets were developed specifically for long-range hunting, where a bonded, rapidly expanding bullet with a very high ballistic coefficient is needed to buck wind and retain energy at extended distances. This box of 100 projectiles is .338 calibre (0.338in diameter) at 265 grains, with a bonded polymer-tip boat-tail construction that gives a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.778 and a sectional density of 0.331 — figures that put it among the flattest-shooting, most wind-resistant bullets in its class. The bonding process that fuses jacket to core removes the risk of premature break-up when a shot is taken close to the animal, a limitation of some other high-BC hunting bullets, while the long, sleek ogive delivers excellent accuracy across a wide range of rifles without needing to be seated hard against the lands. Bullet length is 1.7in. These are projectiles only, for handloaders, and are manufactured in the USA. A serious option for stalkers and long-range hunters loading their own .338 rounds for larger deer and plains game.
