These are Nosler Sporting Handgun component bullets for reloading .38 Special and .357 Magnum revolver cartridges, supplied 250 to a box. Each projectile measures .357 inches in diameter, weighs 158 grains and is a jacketed hollow point on a flat base. The tapered copper-alloy jacket is fitted over a lead core, with a defined cannelure that holds jacket and core together and lets you apply a firm crimp so the bullet stays put under recoil. Nosler hand-inspects every bullet and burnishes it to a bright finish, which helps explain the consistency handloaders look for when working up an accurate revolver load. The hollow-point design gives reliable expansion across a range of velocities, making these projectiles equally at home punching paper, ringing steel or out on a hog hunt. The quoted G1 ballistic coefficient is 0.182. This is a reloading component only and not loaded ammunition, so you will need your own brass, primers and powder to assemble finished rounds.
