These are Nosler Sporting Handgun component bullets for the home reloader, supplied in a box of 250 and intended for the .44 Magnum and .44 Special handloader. Each projectile measures .429in in diameter, weighs 240 grains and uses a Jacketed Soft Point (JSP) design, with a copper-alloy jacket drawn over a pure lead core for stability, balance and consistent accuracy. The exposed soft-point nose is built to expand reliably on impact, making these a sound choice for hunting as well as steel and paper work at the range. A well-defined cannelure lets you apply a firm crimp, locking the jacket and core together and keeping the bullet from shifting in the case under recoil. Like Nosler's rifle bullets, every Sporting Handgun bullet is hand-inspected and polished to a bright finish, so what comes out of the box is clean and ready to load. The published G1 ballistic coefficient is 0.177 and the sectional density is 0.186. This is a component bullet only, not loaded ammunition, and is made in the United States.
