Sierra MatchKing .224 diameter 53 grain Hollow Point Match bullets are a component bullet for handloaders, supplied in a bulk box of 500 - not loaded ammunition. Built on Sierra's conventional flat base design, each bullet is drawn with a very thin jacket held to tight tolerances in diameter and weight, with weight retention within +/- 0.3 grain. The small meplat hollow point is shaped to achieve a high ballistic coefficient, giving flat, consistent trajectories downrange. MatchKing bullets have a long-standing reputation among target shooters worldwide and have won more competitions than any comparable bullet from another maker.
