These Sierra MatchKing .30 calibre (.308" diameter) 125 grain Hollow Point Match bullets are a component projectile for handloaders, supplied in a bulk box of 500 for high-volume reloading. Developed by Sierra in conjunction with AAC for the .300 AAC Blackout cartridge, the bullet's length is tailored to feed correctly through the AR-15 platform, while its flat-based, low-drag profile and small, uniform hollow-point meplat deliver the ballistic consistency the MatchKing name is known for. Jackets are drawn to tight concentricity tolerances and weight is closely controlled, giving the accuracy match and long-range target shooters demand at 600 yards and beyond. As with all MatchKing bullets, this is a match/target design rather than a hunting bullet, and is intended strictly as a reloading component for handloaders assembling their own ammunition, not a loaded cartridge.
