CCI Gamepoint is a .17 HMR rimfire load built for the rifle stalker and vermin shooter who wants clean, accurate kills with minimal carcass damage. Each cartridge carries a 20-grain jacketed soft point with CCI's dimple-tip design, which mushrooms on impact much like a big-game bullet rather than fragmenting in the manner of a typical varmint round. That controlled expansion transfers energy efficiently while keeping damage to edible meat and hide to a minimum, making it a sensible choice for rabbits, grey squirrels, corvids and similar quarry. Muzzle velocity is rated at 2375 fps with 250 ft-lb of energy at the muzzle, and the flat-shooting trajectory rises no more than around 0.6 inch when zeroed at 100 yards, so holdover stays simple across realistic ranges. CCI's reliable rimfire priming keeps ignition consistent shot to shot. The cartridges come in a reusable 50-count plastic box that protects the rounds and dispenses five at a time.
