The Napier Apex Gambrel is a metal bar designed to hang deer carcasses by the hind legs, giving the stalker full control of the beast during the gralloch and larder stages. Suitable for all UK deer species, the Apex can be set at a working height to suit any animal size, making bleeding, skinning and butchery straightforward and safe. Once the carcass is secured on the gambrel it is stable and well-controlled, reducing the risk of contamination and making the job considerably cleaner and easier than working on the floor. This bundle contains two Napier Apex Gambrels, making it ideal for high-volume larders, shared facilities, or simply keeping a spare to hand during the season.
