These Vogue vacuum-pack bags give you a large 30 x 40cm (roughly 12" x 16") size in a box of 50, ideal for sealing and storing larger cuts of game and food. Drop in a boned shoulder of venison, a couple of jointed haunches, a brace of pheasant or a tray of mince, draw the air out with your vacuum packer and you have a tight, airtight pack that keeps far longer in the freezer than loosely wrapped meat. Pulling the air out is what stops freezer burn, slows oxidation and preserves the colour and flavour of the meat through a long season in the larder. The clear film lets you see exactly what is inside each pack, so labelling and stock rotation stay simple.
