Storm Proofer Fast Dry is a quick-drying, spray-on waterproofer for footwear, formulated to work on fabric, leather, suede and combination-material boots and shoes, including breathable and membrane-lined footwear. As an air-cure formula it needs no direct heat and becomes active within minutes of application, so boots can be treated and put back into use sooner than with slower-curing proofers. The silicone-free formula is designed not to affect the breathability, colour or feel of the treated footwear, while adding water, oil and stain resistance to help keep feet dry in wet ground and on longer days out. Sprayed evenly over clean, dry footwear from a short distance and left to dry, it's a straightforward way to keep shooting and country boots performing through a wet season, whether that's leather field boots, technical breathable walking boots, or wellingtons that see regular use. A 300ml aerosol gives enough coverage for several treatments, making it a sensible addition to a boot-care routine alongside cleaning and conditioning.
