- A neat gift or trial award, or a shelf piece for the home, office or gun room
This Bisley pewter figurine depicts a setter, the pointing gundog familiar to anyone who has worked dogs over grouse moor or other pointing ground. It is the Medium (M) size in Bisley's range of pewter country-sports figures, and measures 30mm high by 40mm long by 15mm deep — a small, shelf- or desk-sized piece rather than a large display ornament. It suits setter owners, grouse shooters and anyone who works dogs over pointing ground, and makes a fitting small gift or trial award for someone connected with the breed. Like the rest of Bisley's pewter figure range, it is a decorative piece for the home, office or gun room, recognisably a setter rather than a generic gundog shape.
