The Marttiini Little Condor is a compact fixed-blade knife from the Finnish maker Marttiini, built for precise, controlled cutting rather than heavy-duty work. The blade measures 9cm, giving an overall length of 19cm, and is hardened and hollow-ground to take and hold a fine edge. A textured rubber handle and integral finger guard give a firm, secure grip, and while the handle is sized to suit a smaller hand, the knife is a genuinely useful tool for adults too — Marttiini markets it for carving and any job that calls for a precise, controllable blade rather than sheer size. It comes complete with its own leather sheath.
