The Marttiini Lynx 139 is the longer-bladed member of the Lynx family, built for anyone who wants more reach than the standard pattern without losing its balance or handling. Its 13cm stainless chrome steel blade keeps the range's characteristic slightly upturned point, useful for fine skinning work as well as general carving and camp tasks. The handle is curly birch with a varnished finish, shaped in the classic Lynx profile for a secure grip through extended use. At 24cm overall it's noticeably longer than the standard 131 or 132 patterns, better suited to bigger game or general outdoor tasks where the extra blade length earns its keep. The leather sheath carries traditional Lappish scene decoration, in keeping with Marttiini's roots in northern Finland, and is worn on the belt in the usual Nordic style. It's a straightforward, well-made puukko for hunting, stalking and general fieldwork - the same trusted Lynx pattern, just with a longer blade for the jobs that need it.
