The Hilly Neoprene from Cotswold is a 100% waterproof junior wellington boot built for wet, muddy days on the farm, at the yard or out walking the dog. A 3mm neoprene lining wraps the whole boot, trapping warmth against the foot while the neoprene itself stays flexible and comfortable for hours of wear — a step up from a basic PVC welly for anyone who feels the cold. The upper has an easy-to-clean overlay that wipes down quickly after a muddy outing, while a reinforced toe and heel adds extra durability where kids' boots take the most knocks.
