Boxer Xlong M's LITE is a knee-length men's base layer from Woolpower, cut in the Swedish maker's thinnest fabric, LITE. Where the standard Boxer M's LITE stops at the top of the thigh, the Xlong extends the leg to just above the knee, giving the large thigh muscles an extra layer of insulation on cold days without the bulk of a full pair of long johns underneath. The LITE fabric is a close 1:1 rib knit rather than the terry-loop construction of Woolpower's classic Ullfrotté Original, so it sits nearer the skin and feels cooler even though it carries a high proportion of merino wool - ideal for wearing directly against the body during a long day on the hill or in the hide. The blend is 80% merino wool and 20% polyamide: the wool insulates, wicks moisture and resists odour naturally, while the polyamide adds stretch and everyday durability. A soft elasticated waistband carries a knitted-in Woolpower logo, and the leg seams sit towards the front rather than down the inside to cut chafing on the move. Machine washable at 60°C and made in Woolpower's own factory in Östersund, Sweden.
