The Hornady Match Grade 2-Die Set for 223 Remington (.224) gives the precision handloader complete control over the reloading process from resizing to bullet seating. At the core of the set is a full-length bushing-style size die that accepts interchangeable, self-centering neck size bushings — allowing the reloader to dial in exact neck tension without overworking the brass or risking oversized case necks. A removable Elliptical Expander provides the option to inside neck size without a ball expander, reducing friction and case neck stretch significantly. The companion seating die features Hornady's In-line Bullet Seating System, which holds bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect alignment inside a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck — the key to consistent seating depth and enhanced accuracy. Precise seating depth adjustments are made via the Micro Just micrometer, with both a standard and an ELD Match seating stem included. A built-in crimper handles roll crimping without a separate die.
