The Swazi Doughroaster in Black is a midweight pullover made from 280gsm polar fleece, built for cold mornings and easy days around camp. "Doughroaster" is Kiwi hunting slang for whoever stays behind on a lay-day to sort breakfast and tend the fire, and this jumper is named with that role in mind - a comfortable, hard-wearing layer for lounging at camp, working on the farm, or pulling on before heading off into the scrub. Swazi's plush 280gsm fleece is noticeably tougher and softer than typical fleece garments, holding its shape wash after wash. A long chest zip lets you dump heat quickly when you're working hard, while the high collar keeps the wind off your neck. A large zippered kangaroo pocket keeps keys and a phone secure, and an adjustable hem pull cord lets you cinch out draughts. Equally at home as a mid-layer under a shell or as a standalone outer layer on milder days, it sees just as much use around town as it does in the hills. Made in Thailand.
