The Pulsar Thermion 3 LRF XT60 is the flagship of the third-generation Thermion range, Pulsar's classic-design thermal riflescope. A 1280×1024, 12µm HD sensor with sub-20mK system NETD sits behind a 60mm f1.0 objective lens, giving the sharpest detail in the line and a detection range of 3,100m, while the 2–24× magnification range and 14.6° field of view suit close work as well as long range. The redesigned laser rangefinder now sits inside the housing rather than in the thermal lens and measures to 1,200m with ±1m accuracy, with single, scan and true horizontal distance modes. A 2560×2560 AMOLED display gives a larger sight picture, and 65mm of eye relief keeps the eye clear behind heavy calibres. A classic zoom ring with lever changes magnification without menus, the focus turret sits where a day scope's elevation turret would be, and every main function is on the eyepiece, with a proximity sensor that switches the display off when you lift your eye. Video and photos are recorded at 1440×1080 to 128GB of built-in memory, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect the scope to the Stream Vision 2 app, with Stream Vision Ballistics supported. The metal body is rated IP67, withstands 6,000J of recoil, operates from −25°C to +50°C and fits standard 30mm rings. Power comes from a removable APS5 4,900mAh battery working alongside a built-in APS5 pack, both user-replaceable, for a rated runtime of 8.5 hours.
