Barnes LRX (Long-Range X) 145 grain projectiles for handloading the 7mm/.284 calibre, supplied 50 to a box. Machined from solid copper rather than a lead core, the LRX is a fully lead-free hunting bullet with a long, streamlined boat-tail profile designed for consistent long-range accuracy and a high ballistic coefficient. On impact the nose opens instantly into four razor-sharp petals, driving a wide wound channel through dense, thick-skinned game while the solid-copper shank retains the vast majority of its original weight, giving deep, reliable penetration well beyond what a conventional lead-core bullet can manage.
