The Gehmann 182 Electronic Target Changer is a motorised target roller designed for indoor air rifle and air pistol ranges. It replaces the need to walk to the target, automatically conveying paper targets back and forth along the lane. The 230V motor switches instantly between forward and reverse, while a built-in sensor reduces speed from fast drive to slow travel as the target approaches the turn-around point, preventing snagging and extending target-carrier life. The integrated pellet trap is specially silenced, helping competitors focus without distraction from mechanical noise. The unit is wired for installation independently of range lighting systems, making it straightforward to fit into existing electrical infrastructure. At 2.2 kg, it is a compact, robust piece of range equipment suited to club and training ranges running air disciplines to ISSF standards. A 110V version (model 182-110) is available for ranges on a 110V supply, and a crossbow user's modification can also be specified.
