The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set for 300 H&H Magnum (.308) is a precision reloading tool set for handloaders working with this classic belted magnum cartridge. The Full-Length Size Die sizes cases to SAAMI minimum specifications and incorporates Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which delivers smoother neck sizing with less friction and reduced case neck stretch than conventional ball expanders. The Elliptical Expander and hardened steel Headed Decap Pin are mated to a Zip Spindle, which locks positively to prevent slippage and allows both fine incremental adjustments and rapid coarse movements. The companion Seating Die features Hornady's In-line Bullet Seating System, holding bullet, case neck and seating stem in precise alignment within a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the case — producing consistent seating depth and improved accuracy. A built-in roll crimp function removes the need for a separate crimp die. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp around the full die body and tighten without thread contact, protecting die threads during removal. The set is delivered in a stackable storage box. Standard 7/8 inch-14 thread — fits all presses accepting standard dies. Shell holder not included. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA.
