The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set in 6.5-284 Norma (.264) gives hand-loaders a precision-machined toolkit for producing accurate, consistent rifle ammunition. The Full-Length Size Die resizes cartridge cases to SAAMI minimum specifications and features Hornady's Elliptical Expander — a significant step up from conventional ball expanders — which reduces friction and case neck stretch whilst eliminating the need for a separate expander die when necking up to the next calibre. The Elliptical Expander and hardened steel Headed Decap Pin are paired with the Zip Spindle, which locks positively to prevent slippage and allows incremental seating adjustments via light-threaded turns or rapid zip movement for coarser changes. The Seating Die uses an In-line Bullet Seating System with a floating alignment sleeve that aligns the bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect register before the bullet enters the neck, promoting consistent seating depth and improved accuracy. A built-in roll crimp is incorporated, removing the need for a separate crimp die. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp around the full die body for secure, repeatable settings. Both dies use standard 7/8"-14 threads and are supplied in a stackable storage box. Shell holder not included. Made in the USA with a no-risk lifetime warranty.
