The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set for 6mm Creedmoor (.243) gives handloaders a precision-machined pair of dies built to last a lifetime. The Full-Length Size Die resizes cartridge cases to SAAMI minimum specifications and incorporates Hornady's Elliptical Expander — a step up from conventional ball expanders — which smooths neck sizing, reduces friction and minimises case neck stretch without a separate expander die. The Elliptical Expander and hardened steel Headed Decap Pin attach to the Zip Spindle, which locks positively to prevent slippage and allows fine incremental adjustments via light threads or quick 'zip' movement for larger changes. The Seating Die features an In-line Bullet Seating System that aligns bullet, case neck and seating stem inside a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck, delivering consistent seating depth and improved accuracy. A built-in roll crimp removes the need for a separate crimp die. Both dies are fitted with Sure-Loc lock rings that clamp around the die body for secure, thread-safe locking. The set arrives in a stackable storage box. Standard 7/8"-14 thread; shell holder not included. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA.
