The Hornady Lock-N-Load Bullet Tubes for 45 Auto are spare feeder tubes designed to work alongside a Hornady Bullet Feeder die on any progressive reloading press with 7/8-14 inch thread die-stations. Rather than investing in the full motorised hopper system, these tubes let you pre-load bullets by hand and drop the tube directly into the top of your Bullet Feeder die, maintaining a steady supply of projectiles and keeping your press running at pace. Each tube holds 40 or more bullets depending on weight, and a milled inspection window lets you see at a glance when the tube is running low so you can swap in a fresh one without interrupting the loading cycle. Having multiple tubes pre-loaded means virtually no downtime between passes, which is a genuine advantage when working through large batches of 45 ACP practice ammunition.
