The Hornady Lock-N-Load® Powder Measure is designed for handloaders who want one tool capable of handling the full spectrum of charges — from 0.5 grains for small pistol cartridges right up to 265 grains for large magnums. The push-button metering insert release lets you swap inserts in seconds, so you can go from loading .30-06 to .45 Auto without purchasing separate measures; simply change the rotor and insert, verify the new charge, and carry on. Precision is built into the tolerances: just 0.002-inch clearance between the drum and rotor eliminates powder binding and delivers consistent drops whether you're using ball or extruded propellants. The O-ring tension system allows fine, incremental charge adjustments, and a lock ring secures the setting once you're satisfied. Two drop tubes are included for .204 to .45 calibre to speed powder flow into the case mouth. The measure mounts via a standard bracket and lock ring, or via Lock-N-Load® bushings on the Fast Load Powder Measure Stand. Includes rifle rotor and metering insert; pistol rotor and inserts sold separately.
