The Hornady MicroJust Seating Micrometer adds precise, repeatable bullet seating depth control to Hornady Custom Grade seating dies. Fitting it is straightforward: remove the standard seating adjustment stem from any Hornady Custom Grade in-line seating die and thread in the MicroJust in its place. From there, bullet seating depth can be dialled in and adjusted in 0.001-inch increments, giving handloaders the kind of fine control that benchrest and precision long-range shooters need to tune overall cartridge length for a specific rifle chamber or magazine. Once a seating depth is found, the micrometer scale makes it easy to note the setting and return to it precisely between reloading sessions or when switching between loads. Please note the MicroJust is not compatible with Hornady Taper Crimp or Seater/Crimp combination dies.
