The Hornady Shot Charge Bushing (1 oz, reference #7-1/2) is a replacement or spare shot-metering bushing designed for use with all Hornady shotshell reloaders, including the 366 Auto progressive press. Shot bushings fit into the shot hopper assembly and control the volume of lead shot dropped into each hull on each cycle of the press. This particular bushing is calibrated to dispense a 1 oz shot charge, making it suited to lighter target loads for trap and skeet shooting within maximum legal load limits. The bushing reference number identifies the specific internal diameter and is not a pellet size designation. Changing bushings is straightforward on the 366 Auto thanks to the press's easy-empty hopper design, which allows the shot tube to be removed without spilling. Ideal for clay-target shooters who handload their own cartridges and want consistent, repeatable shot charges from hull to hull. Sold individually.
