The Guardian Canterbury Luxian is a single-gun shotgun slip made from select chestnut-tanned cowhide, cut and stitched to a traditional English design that suits the driven game and walked-up shoot alike. The full-length zip runs the entire length of the slip so the gun can be stowed and retrieved cleanly, while the white fleece lining protects blued and case-hardened metalwork from scratches during transit and at the peg. A shoulder sling makes it easy to carry the cased gun between stands or from the vehicle to the field. The slip is proportioned to take side-by-side and over-and-under shotguns up to 32-inch barrels, covering the great majority of game guns in use on UK shoots. Approximate dimensions are 130 cm × 22 cm × 6 cm and the slip weighs approximately 1.1 kg empty.
