The Britannia Rail for the Christensen Arms Long Action is a one-piece MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny scope base, CNC-machined in Great Britain from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and finished with a hard-anodised coating for a scratch-resistant, weatherproof surface. It is a 0 MOA rail, so it sits dead flat along the receiver with no built-in elevation taper — the natural choice for a general-purpose stalking or target setup rather than an extreme long-range build. The rail is 149mm long and bolts straight onto the Christensen Arms Long Action receiver using its existing pre-drilled holes; four 6-48 fitting screws and a T15 hex bit are supplied, along with Vibra-Tite anti-vibration threadlock to keep the screws from working loose under recoil. Once fitted, the rail accepts any Picatinny or Weaver-compatible ring, mount or base, giving a secure, repeatable platform for a riflescope, red dot or night-vision/thermal unit.
