The Britannia Rails Christensen Arms Short Action Standard Rail 20 MOA is a one-piece Picatinny scope base built specifically for the Christensen Arms short-action rifle, with 20 minutes of angle of built-in forward elevation machined into the rail. Machined in-house in Great Britain from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium and finished in a hard-anodised coating for weatherproof, scratch-resistant durability, it holds a true MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny profile that accepts any Picatinny or Weaver-compatible scope rings, red dot sights, or thermal and night-vision mounts. Fitment is drop-in, using the four 6-48 screws supplied — driven with the included T15 Torx key — to bolt straight onto the action's existing pre-drilled holes. Vibra-Tite anti-vibration threadlock is supplied with the rail to help keep the screws locked in place under recoil. The 20 MOA taper uses up less of a scope's internal elevation adjustment at the zero point, stretching its usable range for longer-distance shooting rather than sitting flat as a 0 MOA base does.
