The Britannia Rails Howa Mini Action Forward Extended is a one-piece Picatinny base built specifically for the Howa Mini Action platform, extending forward of the receiver to give extra mounting length for larger scopes, thermal imagers and night vision clip-ons that need more room than a standard action-length rail provides. It's machined from 6082-T6 aluminium for a strong, lightweight base and fitted using a side-clamp system with the correct mounting screws supplied, so no drilling or gunsmithing beyond a straightforward fit is needed. Vibra-Tite anti-vibration threadlock is included to keep the fixing screws secure under recoil, and the rail is cut to true mil-spec Picatinny dimensions, so it will accept any standard Picatinny ring, quick-detach mount or clip-on NV/thermal unit. Finished in black, it's precision engineered in the UK by Britannia Rails and gives Howa Mini Action owners a proper Picatinny base for running modern optics and add-ons without compromise. Have it fitted and torqued correctly, and check ring and eye-relief clearance with your chosen optic before zeroing.
