The Britannia Rails Sako A7 LA Aluminium 0 MOA rail is a one-piece Picatinny scope base for the Sako A7 in its Long Action (M) configuration, screwing directly into the action with the four screws supplied rather than relying on the factory bases. It carries a flat 0 MOA profile, so there's no built-in elevation cant — a straightforward mounting platform for a hunting or stalking rig. Britannia list this rail as fitting Sako A7 rifles chambered for the Long/Medium-action calibres — .25-06 Remington, .270 Winchester, .30-06 Springfield, .300 Winchester Magnum and 7mm Remington Magnum — as well as the Short-action chamberings .22-250 Remington, .243 Winchester, .308 Winchester, 7mm-08 Remington, .270 WSM and .300 WSM. At 148mm long it seats neatly on the action. As with the rest of the range it's CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminium to NATO/STANAG Picatinny spec and finished in hard-anodised black, and it comes with Vibra-Tite threadlock plus the fitting tools needed to mount it securely.
