The Warne 216LM is a 30mm Maxima Quick Detach ring in Extra High height, made in the USA from steel for scopes with objective bells up to 62mm that need extra clearance over the barrel or a bipod. It uses Warne's indexable QD lever system: pull the lever out, index it to any position around the clock, then let it snap home — the scope comes off and goes back on with no loss of zero, guaranteed when fitted to Warne's all-steel Maxima bases. A square stainless steel recoil control key bears the full face of the base's recoil slot, holding the ring firm under heavy recoil without peening or walking, even on aluminium bases. The body is vertically split for straightforward fitting, clamped with four Torx T-15 socket cap screws per ring torqued to a maximum of 25 in/lb, and finished in matte black. At 7.7oz, it mounts to Weaver-pattern bases and Picatinny rails and suits large-objective hunting or long-range scopes that call for a taller-than-standard mount.
