The Crispi Highland Mid brings the same waterproof performance as the taller Highland and Highland Pro boots in a lower, mid-height design suited to hunting on the move across impervious and marshy ground. The upper combines water-repellent leather with Cordura, and an internal Gore-Tex membrane manages thermoregulation and keeps the foot dry in wet, cold conditions. A thermo-sealed gaiter with double waterproof lining adds a further layer of protection against the elements. Fastening uses Crispi's Fast Lock system for precise, quick lacing even while wearing gloves. Underfoot, a micropore shock-absorbing midsole cushions each step, while the CLAW tread delivers stability, grip and resistance to abrasion on rough terrain. The removable Crispi Air Mesh and Felt Active Carbons footbed is breathable and helps control moisture and odour. At a standard weight of 650g and available in sizes 36-47 (EUR), the Highland Mid is a practical, lower-cut alternative to Crispi's taller stalking boots for hunters who want waterproofing and support without the extra height.

Great boot ..but..

Great boot ..but when I first tried them on .. bearing in mind I had bought them on line .. they felt tight for a 42 and I am a 42 with all the other makes ,, anyway tried them with a thiner sock for the first outing and they loosen'd up a lot .. then I tried them with my regular marino mountain sock and they were almost perfect .. so I think they are quite a narrow fit but length way's are a good fit so if you have wide feet may be go for the next size up ..the lacing system is good but does loosen a little along the way but can be locked of with a simple bow if problematic .. i'me giving 5 stars because they are very waterproof and the souls have a good grip on wet rock ect. .. and if they fit YOU they are like slippers .

Bushwear customer service was excellent. The boots arrived as detailed.
The boots are comfortable and so far waterproof. After 3 outings and only 25miles of wet grass and muddy fields they haven’t let me down. The sole feels sturdy offering reasonable grip. They are easy to put on facilitated by the lacing system. BUT this loosens through use and therefore compromises ankle support. If asked? I will post another review after more prolonged use.
