The Dr Martens B8249 is a classic 3-eye occupational shoe built for anyone on their feet all day in a working environment, whether that's a workshop, yard or site. The upper is industrial corrected full grain leather, closed with metal hardware eyelets and traditional cord lacing for a secure, adjustable fit, and finished with a leather lining and a foam-backed mesh/leather insole for comfort over a long shift. Underfoot is an air-cushioned PVC outsole rated SRA for slip resistance and FO for fuel oil resistance, built on Dr Martens' traditional welted construction for durability. The shoe is certified to EN ISO 20347:2012 OB SRA E FO, the occupational footwear standard — it does not carry a protective toecap, so it suits general working conditions rather than sites requiring safety-rated impact protection.
