The Featherweight 88 is Freyr & Devik's rimfire moderator, and at approximately 88 grams it is barely noticeable on a .22 or .17 HMR sporter. Construction is all-metal throughout: aerospace 6061 T6 aluminium, hard anodised for wear resistance, in the same precision-engineered format as the maker's larger centrefire models. The baffle stack moves within the housing and is designed to be pushed out for cleaning, which matters more on rimfire than on anything else — .22 rimfire is dirty, and a moderator that cannot be stripped soon stops working properly. Freyr & Devik quote 35 dB of suppression. Total length is 123mm, of which 113mm sits forward of the muzzle, and the tube is 32.5mm in diameter, so it stays clear of the barrel profile and out of the sight picture. Choose your thread and calibre above. A sound moderator must be entered on your Firearms Certificate before we can dispatch it.
