The UTS 200 FM is a front-mounted moderator — it sits entirely in front of the muzzle rather than sleeving back over the barrel. That is the point of the FM series: you can run a magnum-rated moderator on a rifle without removing the iron sights, which matters on the heavy calibres where open sights are usually fitted as standard. Inside is the same 3D-printed titanium core and baffle stack as the rest of the Ultimate Silence range, in a thick aerospace aluminium housing. Freyr & Devik quote around 32 dB from a moderator weighing approximately 200 grams, rated for magnum cartridges up to .338 Lapua Magnum. It measures 172mm overall with 156mm forward of the muzzle, and 49.5mm in diameter. Of the three FM models this is the one to choose when manoeuvrability matters — stalking in the wood, or any rifle you would rather not lengthen more than you have to. Choose your thread and calibre above. A sound moderator must be entered on your Firearms Certificate before we can dispatch it.
