The HIKMICRO Thunder 3.0 TH35C is a front-mounted thermal imaging clip-on that fits ahead of your existing day scope via a Rusan quick-release adapter, so you keep your zero and your familiar optic while adding thermal capability at the touch of a switch. Built around a 384 x 288, 12μm uncooled sensor with a sub-15mK NETD rating, it resolves fine detail and body heat even in rain, fog or full darkness, and its 35mm F1.0 lens delivers a detection range of up to 1800m. HIKMICRO's Shutterless Image System does away with the usual physical shutter, so there's no image freeze mid-shot - a genuine advantage over older clip-ons that black out for a second or two at the worst possible moment. Images are shown on a crisp 0.49-inch, 1920 x 1080 OLED display, with six colour palettes and precise on-device or app-based zeroing down to 1.3cm clicks at 100m. The compact magnesium-alloy body is IP67-rated and shock-rated to 1000g/0.4ms, and runs on a replaceable, rechargeable Li-ion battery good for around six hours in the field, with 64GB of onboard storage for video and stills. Recommended for use with day scopes up to 12x magnification.
