The Hunter Original Chelsea Boot in Black is a classic ankle boot built for wet UK weather, updated with a re-engineered fit that gives a wider ankle circumference and a more comfortable curve through the heel and Achilles. Each boot is handcrafted from natural rubber and vulcanised for durability, and it's waterproof to ankle height, while elasticated side gussets and a nylon pull-tab make it quick to step into and out of. A polyester lining sits inside, and the rubber outsole carries Hunter's Original tread pattern for grip underfoot. Finished in a classic matte black, it keeps the traditional Chelsea silhouette that has made Hunter's Original range so recognisable, equally at home dashing across the yard, walking the dog or worn day to day. It's Certified Vegan, made without any animal-derived materials. Note that the elasticated gusset itself isn't fully waterproof, and Hunter recommend wearing Chelsea socks with these boots to protect skin from contact with the rubber.
