The Leofoto BPL-50N is a compact 50mm Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release plate, a sensible spare or replacement for any Arca-type clamp. It measures 50mm long, 38mm wide and 10mm thick and weighs just 34g, with grippy pads on the top face to hold the device securely and a scale engraved along the side, useful when positioning the plate in a panoramic or rotating clamp. It is the plate Leofoto pairs with the DC-50 clamp, and it fits any standard Arca-Swiss clamp on ball heads, gimbals, rails and levelling platforms. For stalkers and wildlife watchers it is a simple way to make a spotting scope, binoculars on an adapter, a thermal or a camera clip into the same Arca head in seconds, so you can swap optics on one tripod without fumbling with threads.
