The Leofoto DC-50 is a screw-knob quick-release clamp supplied with a BPL-50N 50mm plate, compatible with both Arca-Swiss and Manfrotto RC2 style plates. That dual compatibility is useful if your kit is split between systems, letting you mount older Manfrotto-plated optics and newer Arca-plated gear on the same head. The clamp is CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminium with an anodised finish and closes with a large screw knob for a firm, positive grip, and Leofoto's images show a built-in bubble level on the clamp body. It measures 90mm long, 50mm wide and 15mm thick and weighs 70g. Fitted to a tripod head, rail or levelling base, it gives a quick, secure way to swap a spotting scope, binoculars on an adapter, a thermal or a camera in the field, which is handy at the range, on the hill or in a hide. The included BPL-50N plate means you can start using it straight away.
