The Leofoto LB-75 is the largest flat-base model in the LB levelling base series, built for heavier heads and longer optics. Its half-ball design gives +/-15 degrees of adjustment, so you can level the head in seconds without touching the tripod legs, then lock it with a twist of the large butterfly handle at the base of the ball. A 3/8"-16 socket underneath fits any tripod with a 3/8" stud, while the 3/8"-16 top stud takes the head, held by three anti-twist set screws on the platform. Machined from aircraft-grade aluminium, it measures 75mm across both top and base, stands 59mm tall, weighs 322g and is rated to 25kg. That capacity makes it a sound base for a large spotting scope on a fluid head, a gimbal and long lens, or a tripod-mounted thermal or night vision unit, keeping slow pans level across open hill or foreshore.
