The Leofoto LH-55 is the heavy-duty model in the LH low-profile range, with a 55mm ball and a 25kg rating for large spotting scopes, heavy thermal units or a camera with a big telephoto lens. The split-body design and oversized main knob give a secure lock, a separate friction knob sets the drag to match the load, and an independent pan lock allows smooth panning on a 72mm base laser-engraved at 2.5-degree intervals. Twin 90-degree drop notches give more freedom for portrait orientation or steep angles. The low profile keeps the load close to the tripod for maximum stability. Machined from solid aluminium and hard anodised. Supplied with an Arca-Swiss style screw clamp and the QP-70N quick-release plate.
