The Leofoto PU-25 is a universal mini quick-release plate, CNC-machined from black anodised aircraft aluminium for strength at a very low weight. V-shaped Arca-Swiss grooves make it compatible with Leofoto's Arca-type ball heads, panoramic heads and clamps, as well as other Arca-Swiss systems. A 1/4" mounting screw attaches it to a camera or other device, and the rubberised top gives extra grip and protects the finish. There is also a 1/4" hole in the centre, so the plate can be mounted directly onto a head or stand with a 1/4" screw. It measures just 25mm long, 38mm wide and 5mm thick and weighs 10g, so it can stay fitted permanently. That makes it ideal for small items such as compact cameras, action cameras, small binoculars on an adapter or a compact thermal monocular with a 1/4" socket, letting you clip them in and out of an Arca clamp in seconds.
