The Leofoto Summit LM-364C is a four-section carbon fibre system tripod with 36mm top tubes, combining a 30kg load rating with a packed size that still suits travel and hill use. It is aimed at heavy camera and lens combinations, large spotting scopes and anyone who wants a very stable base. The legs are 10-layer carbon fibre (36/32/28/25mm) with CNC-machined, hard-anodised 6061 aluminium parts and quick quarter-turn twist locks, and three angle stops (23, 55 and 85 degrees) with independent leg spread let you level on uneven ground or get right down low. Maximum height is over 1.4m. The hollowed-out spider saves weight and carries a removable 75mm platform with a 3/8in stud, which swaps for the included 75mm video bowl when you want to fit a fluid head and level it quickly, ideal for a spotting scope or video head. A 3/8in accessory socket on the side of the spider takes arms or straps. Interchangeable 3/8in feet, stainless steel spikes and a carrying case are included. Supplied without a head.
