The Leofoto TFS is a set of three replacement spiked feet for tripods with 3/8" threaded leg ends, giving a secure grip on soft ground such as grass, peat and mud, where rubber feet can slip. Each spike is CNC-machined from solid stainless steel and is 113mm long. Leofoto's Accidental Backout Prevention (ABP) design keeps the spikes tight without needing thread-locking fluid, and a hex key is supplied for tightening them properly. The spikes are shown with rubber caps that cover the points for indoor use or hard floors, and come off for grip outdoors. For stalkers, shooters and wildlife watchers who set up a spotting scope, shooting tripod or camera on rough hill ground, spiked feet make the whole set-up noticeably steadier, especially in wind or on a slope. Check that your tripod has removable feet with a 3/8" thread before ordering.
