The Sitka Traverse Hoody is a technical mid-layer fleece built for stalking and general hunting wear, cut here in the Optifade Subalpine concealment pattern. Inside, a high-loft Berber fleece gives soft, low-bulk warmth without adding weight, while lighter-weight fleece panels mapped across the sides and underarms keep the fit close and allow a full range of motion when you're climbing, crawling or shouldering a rifle. The face fabric is an ultra-quiet polyester knit finished with a durable water-repellent coating, so light rain and drizzle bead off rather than soaking through and chilling you on a long day out. The fabrics used throughout the hoody are made from recycled materials, so the warmth doesn't come at the usual environmental cost. At around 822g, it layers easily under a shell on colder outings or works alone through milder spells, and the low-noise face fabric means it won't give you away on the approach.
