The Viper Tactical Large Rucksack Cover keeps your pack and its contents dry when the weather turns in the field. Made from lightweight ripstop nylon with a waterproof finish, it pulls over loaded rucksacks of up to 120 litres, so it suits the bigger packs carried on longer stalks, range days and overnight outings. An internal elasticated drawcord lets you cinch the cover in tight around the rucksack, closing off the gaps where rain would otherwise track in and reach your kit. The VCAM (V-Cam) camo pattern keeps the cover low-key in woodland and mixed terrain rather than flagging your position with a bright shell. When it is not in use the cover packs down into the supplied drawstring carry pouch, so it stows neatly in a pocket or pack lid and stays out of the way until the next downpour. A straightforward, practical bit of kit for anyone who wants to protect a large pack without adding noticeable weight.
